CitySights NY – Double Decker bus tour in NYC

When I was in NY earlier this year, a group of us hopped on a double decker bus with CitySightsNY.

In terms of convenience, this is the best way to experience the New York Sightseeing

What better way to see the Statue of Liberty, The Empire Building and the Downtown tour than to “Hop on” to the bus, and be able to “Hop off” to see a sight than to “Hop back on” to another bus.

No need to worry about anything other than to experience the wonderful sights of NY.

In reality, the only thing that bothered me somewhat was that waiting time for another bus at certain points can be rather long, for example in Times Square. Mind you, you plan your trip better than we did to make this work for you.

On the positive, the buses were clean, comfortable and the guides provided cursory information about the sights and more interestingly, their own personal experiences living in the New York City.

If you can complete the trip in one complete “Loop” rather than having to “Hop on” and “Hop off” , I think it will be a much more pleasant experience.

And you don’t need to deal with rude yellow cabs in NYC.. what bonus!
