“2 For 2″: Miss USA Takes a Spill for the Second Year in a Row

Following in the footsteps of her elder, Miss USA, Crystle Stewart, of Texas took a tumble on stage during last nights “Miss Universe” competition in Vietnam.. Stewart tripped on the train of her gown, becoming the second Miss USA in a row to fall down during the competition. Last year, Miss USA Rachel Smith also fell down during the evening wear competition.
